The Visual Studio Code extension and the Chrome extension, both named React-spy ("React-spy"), are owned and operated by Nerduel Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our"). The Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the extension. By downloading or using React-spy, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

• Acceptance of Terms: By using React-spy, you indicate your acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to abide by these Terms, please do not use React-spy.

• Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, effective upon posting on the appropriate marketplace or platform. Your use of React-spy following any such modification constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms as modified.

• Intellectual Property: All content included within React-spy, such as text, graphics, logos, images, data compilations, and software, is the property of Nerduel Co., Ltd. or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

• User Conduct: Users agree not to use React-spy in a way that may cause it to be interrupted, damaged, rendered less efficient, or such that the effectiveness or functionality of React-spy is in any way impaired.

• User Registration: Users may be required to register and provide certain data to use React-spy. By registering, users agree to all terms and conditions here within.

• Pricing: React-spy offers a 14-day free trial period. After the trial period, a one-time purchase is required to continue using the extension. We reserve the right to modify our pricing structure at any time. We continuously strive to balance accessibility with sustainable development, ensuring that React-spy remains a valuable tool for developers of all levels.

• Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Nerduel Co., Ltd. be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of, or in any way connected with, your use of React-spy.

• Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. However, upon commercialization and depending on your place of residence, the laws of your country of residence may apply.
